Via thesun.co.uk. Thirteen years after their last concert together, Phil Collins, Mike Rutherford, and Tony Banks will announce that Genesis will reunite for a tour, on the Radio 2 Breakfast Show in London Wednesday morning.
The band that has sold over 100 million albums hinted that the news would be coming with an Instagram post yesterday that said, "And then there were three," which obviously means original member Peter Gabriel will not be a part of the tour.
Phil Collins said a couple years ago that he would be into this if his son Nicholas could do the drumming because he's not physically capable of doing it anymore. In 2018 I got to see Phil Collins in Hyde Park London with his son playing, and he was great. Phil did sit during the show, but his voice was strong.
It looks like for now, the tour will be around the UK in November and December, but hopefully they announce some U.S. dates too!
