A Randolph Schools employee caused a lockdown at an elementary school after bringing an encased firearm on campus.
The incident happened around 10:10 Friday morning, according to a school spokesperson. The employee went into the cafeteria at Ramseur Elementary School with a firearm enclosed in a case. After some school staff members saw the person, they immediately reported the incident to the school’s administration. Click here for more details from News 2
